David Boone is a partner of Virgata Property Company specializing in both Acquisitions and Ground-Up development. David manages all aspects of the development process including site selection, construction management and dispositions. David has years of investment experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Over the past 12 years, he has overseen the development and acquisition of medical, retail and restaurant properties with a total value in excess of $100 million dollars. Prior to his career in real estate, David negotiated leases and property acquisitions in the energy sector. David is a licensed real estate broker and provides full service brokerage needs to both Virgata Property Company and 3rd party owners and tenants.
