Jamie joined Virgata Property as Director of Leasing for the Virgata Portfolio. Jamie focuses on project leasing, asset management, and marketing for Virgata while also providing tenant advisory services to retailers and restaurants expanding in Houston and throughout Texas.

Prior to joining Virgata, Jamie was a broker at Shop Companies in Dallas, TX, where she focused on high-end, mixed-use assets and street retail with Landlords and Tenant Representations both locally and nationally.

On the Landlord side, she aided owners with input on marketing, due diligence, market research, and transaction advisory matters for owner/developers and REITs such as Kite Realty (RPAI), Asana Partners, Brook Partners, and Quadrant Investment Properties.

Her project leasing assignments have included Southlake Town Square (Southlake, TX), The Shops at Legacy (Plano, TX), Main Street Promenade (Naperville, IL), Eastwood Towne Center (Lansing, MI), Deep Ellum (Dallas, TX), Victory Park (Dallas, TX), River Bend (Dallas, TX), The Hill (Dallas, TX), Waterside (Fort Worth, TX) and The International (Dallas, TX).
